Our Japanes guest recived russian visa and will come to Boomfest.
Again this year artists from Switzerland (Ibn al Rabin and Andréas Kündig) will come with a great project “Fanzine factory” and everybody can draw and publish his small comics book!
August 25 we finish our competition. We got more than 140 comics and it’s more than last year. List of authors of works belonging to a short-list will appear on our website until 10 September. These works will be exhibited in the garden of the Fountain House at a location nearby museum of Anna Akhmatova.

Exhibition will be at the museum of Anna Akhmatova at The Fountain House from September 23 till October 12.
Nikitin VS Auclin – an exhibition of two artists who like Russian writer Daniil Kharms and work with his texts. One of them lived and worked in St. Petersburg, the other – in Paris. Each author has his visual style for telling stories Harms – in the first case is black and white naive graphic, in the second is a technique color applications.
Exhibition will be in The F.M.Dostoevsky Literary-Memorial Museum from September 25 till October 13.
Painter, author of installations, the organizer of the shares, a historian and theorist of contemporary art, and finally, the comic artists with more than 30 years experience. The works of George Litichevsky are in the collections of the State Tretyakov Gallery, in Kolodzei Art Fund and Highland Park (USA), and in the Museum of Contemporary Art Kiasma (Finland).
His exhibition will be from September 17 till October 9 in the Art Gallery «Anna Nova» (str Zhukovsky, 28 )
